Talent Team Chef BOH

Bartlett Mitchell are a multi award-winning contract catering company, with a team of 800 trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We now have several exciting opportunities for Chefs in central London.

Your duties will include food production to the highest standards, constant innovation and promotion of new ideas, menu planning, cost controls, ordering, management of all legislative health & safety and food safety requirements, team supervision and some training of junior team members. You will need to work flexibly as part of a kitchen team, to ensure our food offer and service meet and exceed our clients expectations. The work is varied and our philosophy is fundamentally fun. Our food is fresh, creative and innovative, and you will be expected to deliver consistently excellent standards in all areas of your work.

Your previous experience will be working to a minimum of CDP level in a similar environment with a proven track record of high quality food production.

In return, we offer

Salary will be between £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
