Our people are integral to the way we run our business, which is why our recruitment process provides important criteria for prospective team members.

If you’re thinking of applying for a role with us, we’re looking for great job skills and people skills, too. Working as part of an enthusiastic team is integral to the work we do and the services we provide.

Our process:

  • Find a role that interests you and complete the online application form in full
  • We’ll assess your application to see if it’s suitable for the position you’ve applied for
  • If suitable, we’ll invite you along to an interview where you’ll meet a member of our management team
  • We’ll ask you to bring along your right to work and reside in the UK including passport, or work visa
  • If you’re applying for a chef role we’ll test your trade skills on the interview day
  • If successful, we’ll inform you in writing and give you a start date (subject to proof of identification and references)
